My name is Kriti Paliwal, and I live in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. I am an education Counselor and work to fight for girl education. So, a usual check-up with doctors is something I go for. While I went for a routine check, my healthcare team suggested some additional tests to gauge my body function. Perhaps they found something serious about my health.

It was a kidney function test that I was supposed to go through. Perhaps, I was witnessing foaminess in my urine for this reason. Initially, I ignored it but then my doctor told me during the test that it can be a sign of some underlying kidney disease. Only when the kidney’s filters are not working, they may allow protein and blood to skip through it.
